For a long time i was having problems with my Mac, it was running, slow printer wouldn’t work and it was just not happy.I had two guys come to the house and both didn’t know really about Mac’s more PC. Then i stumbled onto Anthony @ Digital SageIt was 5 days before Christmas, so i rang in the hope that he could come after the new year, he came the next day on time when he said he was going to be there wow.Within 10min he new what need to be done and didn’t set there wasting time he took my computer home with him and within a few days my Mac was back and running fantastic. {and cleaned}Anthony was very professional, a really nice guy and not at all condescending with a computer novice like myself. For me if i ever have a problem with my Mac, Anthony at Digital Sage is the first and only person I’ll be calling.
Excellent service. Been grappling with some ongoing technical and hardware issues and made very little progress with other technicians. Anthony arrived promptly and identified hardware issues and had my computer back to me and running better than ever the next day, with all applicable upgrades and full back-up systems in place. Had a few follow-up queries which Anthony addressed immediately. Very friendly and professional.
My 2009 iMac had been slowing for a while and the hard drive was working too hard. Called Digital Sage and Anthony arrived later that day. Three days later I was up and running with a new (bigger) hard drive, improved system and a computer that is back to running fast and efficiently. Just wished I had called earlier.
